An Apprenticeship is a learning programme aimed at young people from the age of 16 and upwards.
This means you can earn a wage whilst learning the skills and gaining the experience employers expect from you.
At the end of your training you will
receive a City and Guilds qualification.
This is something greatly valued by employers! Most apprentices leave training with employment.
A training programme that unlocks the great
potential of young people and prepares them for
their future careers.
Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for young people,
aged 16 to 24, who are motivated to get a job but lack the
skills and experience that employers are looking for.
Those who have been unsuccessful when applying for an
apprenticeship or other job due to a lack of skills and experience are most likely be good candidates for a traineeship.
- Enables you the learner to be more Apprenticeship ready.
